Opening Hours
- Ticket sales and admission end 30 minutes before closing.
Closed
- January 1st (New Year's Day)
- The day before, the day of, and the day after Seollal(Lunar New Year's Day) and Chuseok.
- Regular Closing Day: Every Monday (If a Monday falls on a public holiday or an alternative holiday, the museum will be closed on the first following weekday.)
- In the event of consecutive public holidays, the museum will be closed on the first weekday following the last holiday.
- Temporary Closing Days: Other days as deemed necessary by the CEO of Korea Railroad Corporation.

- Effective from January 2026: A limited-time 50% discount is available until February 28, 2026.
- Group rates apply when there are 20 or more visitors in the same category (Adults or Children/Youth).

- To receive free admission, you must present the documents listed above.
Visitor Guidelines
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the museum.
- Please turn off your mobile phone or switch it to silent mode before entering the exhibition halls.
- Photography using flashes or tripods, as well as photography for commercial purposes, is prohibited.
- Bicycles, kickboards (scooters), and inline skates are not permitted anywhere on the museum premises.
- Please refrain from bringing food or beverages into the exhibition halls.
- Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
- Visitors are held responsible for any damage caused to exhibits and must provide full compensation.
